Trinity International University, a Christian liberal arts college in Deerfield, Illinois, is seeking an innovative, goal oriented professional to assist in the development and ongoing oversight of our proposed Student Success Center. Once launched this newly created position will oversee and coordinate academic support and academic advising for all university students, including traditional undergraduate, non-traditional adult undergraduate, divinity school, graduate school, and law school programs.  The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in academic support and/or advising. Preference will be given to individuals who have expertise in various learning styles and exceptionalities or with experience in diverse learning and delivery methods. A minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field is required.
