All writing center administrators (directors, assistant directors, managers, technology coordinators, etc) who have been writing center administrators for less than 3 years are invited to participate in a brief survey on the models of staff management used by writing center administrators and the preparation they received in the area of staff management. Your assistance in this research would be greatly appreciated and will be valuable to the field. The goal of this research is to assess the current ways in which writing studio administrators are prepared to manage the staff in their centers and the theoretical models they implement on a daily basis. The researcher hopes to provide a foundation for future research in writing center studies on creating theoretical models for staff management and ways to better prepare administrators to enact them. The researcher hopes to reach as many writing center administrators who have been doing that job for less than 3 years as possible.
