Are you writing up your writing center research this summer? Are you wrapping up or starting a new writing center research project?

Consider joining our week-long virtual writing retreat . . .  The editors of WCJ will be “hanging out” in a special Google Hangouts location during the week of July 28-August 1.

We’d like eight writers working on article-length projects to join us to share feedback & productive writing time.

To apply for our free, week-long retreat focused on writing about writing center research, complete our online form.

We will select eight [8] writing center researchers to hang out with us. We’ll invite four [4] people in the development/early stage of their writing center research project and four [4] people in the revision stage with a complete draft of a writing center research article.

The retreat will include online meetings with the entire group, individual feedback sessions with the WCJ editors, and self-directed writing/research time.

The editors will review the applications and create the cohort. We will select a mix of faculty, staff, and doctoral students currently engaged in writing center work.
