Uyamenywa ukuthi ulethe isiphakamiso se-IWCA Online Collaborative-Isicelo Seziphakamiso singezansi. Ngabe umsebenzi wobulungiswa bezenhlalakahle ubukeka kanjani ezikhungweni zethu? Ubani ozizwa emenyiwe ezikhaleni zethu futhi ubani ongamenyiwe? Senzani ukuqinisekisa ukuthi abasebenzi bethu, abafundi esibasebenzelayo bayasinda? Yini esiyenzayo ukuze senze okungaphezu kokusinda, kodwa ukuze siphumelele?

Ku-2022 IWCA Online Collaborative, simema iziphakamiso zamaseshini agxile ekwesekaneni ekwakhiweni nasekuhlolweni, futhi sigxile enqubweni, hhayi emkhiqizweni, wocwaningo. Amaseshini kufanele enze okukodwa noma ngaphezulu kwalokhu okulandelayo:

    • Mema ozakwethu abahlanganyeli ukuthi baxoxisane, bacabange, noma bathuthukise isizathu sezindawo ezingaba khona/izikhombisi-ndlela zocwaningo lwesikhungo sokubhala mayelana nokubandakanywa

    • Nika amandla abanye ababambiqhaza ukuthi basungule ocwaningweni lwesikhungo sokubhala, okuhlanganisa ukumelana nemikhawulo noma izinkinga ezihambisana namasiko abesilisa, abamhlophe, abanekhono, kanye nekoloniyalist esikoleni.
    • Yabelana ngemisebenzi eqhubekayo ukuze uthole impendulo evela kwabanye ochwepheshe besikhungo sokubhala nabafundisi
    • Qondisa ababambiqhaza ngezindlela esingaguqula ngazo izinhloso zabo ezinhle mayelana nokubandakanywa kanye nokulwa nokucwasa zibe izinyathelo ezibambekayo zokwenza.
    • Qondisa ababambiqhaza ukuthi baxoxisane futhi bahlele ukuthi indawo yethu yesikhungo sokubhala, indlela yethu, kanye/noma injongo ingashintsha kanjani njengoba sibheka ukuthi i-COVID iyithinta kanjani indawo yethu yokusebenza.
    • Mema ababambiqhaza ukuthi bakhe izinhlelo zokusebenza ukuze bamelane, baphile, basungule izinto ezintsha, futhi baphumelele

Kungashiwo ukuthi amandla enkundla yethu imvelo yethu yokubambisana—simema ababambiqhaza ukuthi bahlangane ukuze sijulise ukuqonda kwethu—nokuxhumana—nokuhlukahluka, ukulingana, nokuhlanganisa yonke indawo lapho izikhungo zokubhala zikhona.

Amafomethi wesikhathi

Ngenxa yokuthi Ukusebenzisana kumayelana nokwesekana ekwakhiweni nasekuhlolweni, iziphakamiso kufanele zigxile enqubeni, hhayi emkhiqizweni, wocwaningo; silondoloze ifomethi eyodwa ekhethekile—“Ideshi Yedatha”—yenani elilinganiselwe leziphakamiso ezigxile ekwabelaneni ngemiphumela yocwaningo. Zonke iziphakamiso, kungakhathaliseki ukuthi zinjani, kufanele zizame ukugxilisa umsebenzi phakathi komfundaze wesikhungo sokubhala kanye/noma umfundaze weminye imikhakha.

Ama-workshops (imizuzu engama-50): Abagqugquzeli bahola ababambiqhaza emsebenzini wokusebenzisana, wolwazi ukuze bafundise amakhono abambekayo noma amasu ahlobene nocwaningo lwesikhungo sokubhala. Iziphakamiso eziyimpumelelo ze-workshop zizobandakanya isikhathi sokudlala ngemibono yasetiyetha noma ukuzindla ngokusebenza ngempumelelo komsebenzi noma amakhono atholiwe (ingxoxo yeqembu elikhulu noma elincane, izimpendulo ezibhaliwe).

Izikhathi ezijikelezayo (imizuzu engama-50): Abagqugquzeli bahola ingxoxo ngodaba oluthile oluhlobene nocwaningo lwesikhungo sokubhala; le fomethi ingase ihlanganise amazwi amafushane avela phakathi kwabethuli abangu-2–4 alandelwe ukuxoxisana/ukuhlanganyela okusebenzayo nokuzwakalayo nabahambele umcimbi okushukunyiswa imibuzo eyisiqondiso.

Imibuthano Yokubhala Ngokuhlanganyela (imizuzu engama-50): Abagqugquzeli baqondisa ababambiqhaza emsebenzini wokubhala weqembu okuhloswe ngawo ukukhiqiza idokhumenti ebhalwe ngokuhlanganyela noma izinto ezisetshenziswayo ukusekela ukubandakanywa.

Izingxoxo zikaRobin (imizuzu engama-50): Abagqugquzeli bethula isihloko noma itimu futhi bahlele ababambiqhaza babe ngamaqembu amancane ukuze baqhubeke nengxoxo. Ngomoya wemiqhudelwano “ye-round robin”, ababambiqhaza bazoshintsha amaqembu ngemuva kwemizuzu eyi-15 ukuze banwebe futhi bandise izingxoxo zabo. Okungenani ngemva kwemizuliswano emibili yengxoxo, abagqugquzeli bazophinda bahlanganise iqembu eliphelele ukuze kuxoxiswane okuphetha.

Izethulo zeDashi Yedatha (imizuzu eyi-10): Yethula umsebenzi wakho ngendlela ye-20×10: amaslayidi angamashumi amabili, imizuzu eyishumi! Lokhu okuhlukile kweseshini yephosta kuhlinzeka ngendawo elungele izinkulumo ezimfushane, nezethameli ezijwayelekile eziphelezelwa yizinto ezibonakalayo. I-Dash Dash ifaneleka kakhulu ukubika ngocwaningo noma ukudonsela ukunaka endabeni eyodwa noma ukusungula izinto ezintsha.

Ama-workshops Okuqhubekayo (imizuzu eyi-10 ubukhulu): Amaseshini e-Works-in-Progress (WiP) azokwakhiwa ngezingxoxo ze-roundtable lapho abethuli bexoxa kafushane ngamaphrojekthi abo amanje ocwaningo bese bethola impendulo evela kwabanye abacwaningi okuhlanganisa abaholi bezingxoxo, abanye abethuli be-WiP, nabanye abahambele izingqungquthela abangase bajoyine ingxoxo.
