Conference Theme: The (Non-)Spaces of Writing Center Work
Location: Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza
Dates: October 15-18, 2025
Conference Program Co-Chairs: Daniel Floyd (U of Cincinnati) and Maggie Herb (U of Buffalo)
Conference Format: In person, with Whova support for programming, messaging, and community. An asynchronous option is being planned, as well.

Registration
Registration is open at https://iwcamembers.org/ . IWCA members and those with non-member accounts can log in and register. Registrants who do not currently have an IWCA account must create a free account first, then register. No IWCA membership is required to create a free account, but IWCA membership does reduce the conference registration rate by $50 for professional registrants.
Registration rates (Regular):
Professional members: $350
Professional non members: $400
Students: $250
Online only (individual): $50
Online only (group): $100
