The International Writing Centers Association is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization led by the elected Executive Board. The work of the organization is shared by IWCA members serving on the IWCA Board and IWCA standing committees and serving as IWCA event chairs and journal editors. The organization follows the IWCA Constitution and Bylaws. The IWCA currently has numerous affiliate organizations around the world.
Members of the organization over the years have articulated values in IWCA Position Statements.
Members are invited to become involved with IWCA by running for election, serving on committees, hosting events, and penning position statements.
